1. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS?   

I have been been doing photography for six years. I started my business in 2013 & it has been growing ever since. 

2. WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?

My style is very raw & natural. I desire to capture laughter, conversation & intimate moments. I love talking to my clients & getting to know them throughout the session rather than telling them exactly where to stand or where to look. I love gold tones mixed with soft colors. Golden hour is a favorite of mine. I strive to find things in people that they don't see in themselves, I believe that it makes telling their story so special. 

3. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?

Weddings are 500+    |   Portrait & Lifestyle sessions are 75+

4. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Weddings are 4-6 weeks but you will get 15 preview pictures 24 hours after your wedding   |   Portrait & Lifestyle sessions are 1-2 weeks

5. HOW MUCH IS A TRAVEL FEE?

We are located in the North GA area so a travel fee will depend on how many miles away the session is. If it is more than 60 miles away there will be a travel fee involved. We love to travel to different locations so we can for sure customize your package so that it includes the travel fee if needed.

6. DO YOU BRING A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER WITH YOU?

For weddings, yes yes & yes. Always. You have the option to include it in each package. I am a huge fan of a second photographer for weddings because it helps capture all the details & it adds another point of view. My second photographer will always be experienced. 

7. DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO HOLD MY SPOT?

For weddings, yes. We want to make sure your spot is sealed with your name written all over it. The deposit will be payed once we finalize all the details & the contract is signed. The deposit amount will depend on which wedding package you choose. 

8. WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR TO OUR SESSION?

I always tell my clients to wear something that makes them feel comfortable & confident. I want my clients to feel like themselves & to feel beautiful. If you aren't sure what to wear, I am more than happy to send over some ideas. Fashion is my thing, if you haven't seen my blog then head on over, it's filled with OOTD's.

9. DO YOU USE A LIST OF POSES/PINTEREST IDEAS?

One word, natural. I am all about your session being natural & care free. Posing isn't always bad, sometimes we need a little direction & that is totally fine with me. I am here to make you feel comfortable & help along the way. If you have certain poses in mind, throw them out there & we will for sure add them into your session. My main focus is to capture the raw & intimate moments. For weddings, I am here to capture your story which only you can tell. That involves love, laughter, tears & so much more. Candids make for the most emotional & special photos but I am all for a list of family members to help the process & timeline. 

10. CAN I POST MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Ummm, of course. I love seeing our work posted on clients social media accounts. I just ask that you do not edit, add any filters or crop the photos due to that already being done by maddieclairephotography. Post away & don't forget to tag us. 

11. WHAT DO YOU SHOOT WITH?

Canon all the way. It's my favorite. 

12. ARE OUR IMAGES WATERMARKED?

They are not. The high resolution images you will receive will NOT have a watermark on it. 

13. HOW DO WE BOOK?

Head over to our contact tab, fill it out & it will go directly to our e-mail. You can also e-mail us directly at hello@maddieclairephotography.com. For weddings, we will go over the date you have in mind, check to see if it is available & then lock down that date by signing a contract & putting down a deposit.
